Justin is a Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Law, UWI, St Augustine. Prior to joining UWI, Justin was a Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London and a Teaching Fellow at University College London (UCL). He is an expert in intellectual property, sports, and entertainment law.
Justin obtained his LLB from the University of Kent in 2011. He then completed his LLM in Intellectual Property Law at King's College London in 2012. Following this he completed his PhD at King's College London in 2016. Justin’s primary research interest is focused on copyright law.
Justin specialises in: copyright law, trade mark law, the development and management of intellectual property portfolios, commercialisation of intellectual property rights and contracts concerning intellectual property rights.
Justin has worked with entities including: Island Crashers, WOW Events, Tribe, Sekon Sta, Travis World, as well as a range of event promoters, start-up companies and small and micro enterprises.
